Over the past couple years, I’ve had a bunch of guys my age (and older) reach out saying the same thing — they’ve let their health slide while focusing on work, family, and life. And now they want to get back on track but don’t know where to start.I’ve always appreciated that people look at my crazy life — owning a business, coaching multiple teams, constantly on the move with my kids — and still see value in how I stay fit. I’ve been a gym owner and trainer for over 20 years, but not all fitness pros know what it’s like to balance a hectic schedule and still prioritize health. So I appreciate guys looking to me for advice with so many people in the fitness industry.
So….instead of just giving bits of advice here and there, I decided to build something real — a full program and a community for guys who are ready to take their health seriously again. It's remote, which means you can join from anywhere. You don't have to live in Waterford. What is the "Fit Over 40" program?
"Fit Over 40" is a fitness program designed specifically for Men aged 40 and over. It focuses on building strength, improving mobility, boosting energy, and supporting overall health in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Not at all! The program is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to get back into a routine. Workouts can be customized to meet your individual needs and abilities.
The program includes a mix of strength training, cardio, functional movements, and flexibility exercises. Each session is designed to improve bone density, enhance muscle tone, and support joint health while being safe and effective for Men over 40.
While weight loss can be a goal, the primary focus is on overall health and wellness. Many participants will gain muscle and lose fat, improved metabolism, and increased confidence as part of the program.
We provide flexible nutritional guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle. While certain foods may be recommended, our focus is on sustainable eating habits rather than restrictive diets.
